Final Volunteer Assignments for Fall Cup
Dear Illinois FC parents:
The 2014 Illinois FC Fall Cup tournament is fast approaching and will be one of our club's largest tournaments ever with 205 teams participating! With your valuable volunteer help, our tournament will be a success.
Please find attached to this email the final volunteer assignment schedule. Lance Cooper and I have worked hard to ensure that your volunteer times do not overlap your child's game times or other availability limitations that you reported.
With such a large tournament, our volunteer resources are stretched, and I ask everyone to please make every effort to volunteer at your assigned time. There are not any extra runners to fill open gaps, and in fact, some time slots are already thinly covered.
If you need to change your volunteer assignment, please notify me by 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 8. That will enable enough time to switch your assignment prior to the start of the tournament on Friday evening.
A few final notes:

Families who are assigned to goal set-up and take-down are not on the attached list. You will be contacted separately by Josh Alford.

Families with multiple players currently only have one volunteer assignment; that may change if more gaps open.

Requests for time changes should only be sent to Anne Mansfield; Lance Cooper is currently out of the country.

If you do not currently have a volunteer assignment and are available, please notify Anne Mansfield to be assigned a job.
I appreciate in advance all of your volunteer efforts to support our tournament. Without you, we would not be able to pull off such a large event.
