2017 Fall Cup Registration


We are transitioning to a fully online registration and document submission system. After you have registered for the tournament, please use the instructions below to upload required team documentation.  

The deadline for the online document submission in 9/15/17. 


Registration Information

Required Documentation From ALL TEAMS

The following documents are required to be eligible for the tournament:

1 Copy of your official, stamped state association Roster
1 Copy of the IYSA Tournament Roster (Using our IYSA Form listing this tournament)
1 Copy of the IYSA Medical Release Form for each player
1 Copy of official state issued Player Card for each player with photo of player on it (take photo front/back in groups to make it easier) 
1 Permit to Travel (out-of-state teams only, from your state association)
Guest player forms (only if using guest players from a different club - limit of 4 per team) (Additional within club players need to also provide official roster of  their home team)

****Non USYSA teams MUST fill out form NT, and provide all documentation (except insurance certificate) listed in the form.****

**You will be required to provide copies of your tournament roster, state roster, guest player forms, travel permits (if required) and IYSA medical release forms to us digitally before the online document submission deadline or hard copies at our on-site team checkin. There will be NO copy machine or printer available.**

ONLINE Document Submission - PREFERRED:


We are moving to full online checkin for our tournaments.  You will need to  upload all required registration documents through the Got Soccer portal by Friday September 15, 2017. You will need to provide these document at our on-site checkin after this date.

Copies of the player cards need to include a picture of the player on the card.

Please note, your uploaded documents need to be approved.  Just uploading them does not mean you have completed registration.  Your documents will receive a verified status once we have approved them, and you will get an email when your registration is complete.  

On-Site Document Submission Information


Friday, September 22, from 4:30-10 p.m.

Main Tournament Site (Florida and Lincoln fields only.)  Teams must be registered 1 hour before their first game.  We recommend teams with first games at Dodds or the Outdoor center to complete manual registration 3 hours before start of first game.  (Friday for Saturday starts).

No team will be allowed to compete until all required documents are are completed.

Teams playing their first game at Dodd's or at the Multiplex MUST register at the main tournament site on Friday night or Saturday morning.
