TOPSoccer is a community based program for young athletes with disabilities to learn and play the game of soccer. Organized by volunteers and our professional coaching staff, TOPSoccer is a FREE program open to any child age 7-18 with a cognitive or physical disability. Our goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.

Anyone may apply to be a Buddy for the Illinois FC TOPSoccer program. However, if there are more Buddy Applications than Buddies needed, first preference will be given to Illinois FC club players when making selections.
There will be a buddy training meeting at 5:45pm on Sunday, March 31st prior to the first TOPSoccer session. If possible, we hope that buddies can commit to all sessions to help provide consistency for the players and program.
If you are interested in being a buddy please email Kevin Love at doc@Illinoisfc.com.
